The Wolfgang Puck bread machine is the perfect kitchen companion for any home baker. The recipe I have done several times, and can’t seem to get it right. But, as far as taste, it is ok. Traditional white bread is a great starting point if you are new to bread makers, but there are so many other creative recipes out there that can be made with the same machine.
A simple food scale makes a big difference
I found that measuring in grams yielded a much better tasting bread. I hurried and purchased a food scale just for my bread-making adventures in my new bread machine. The RENPHO Digital Food Scale is perfect for the job. It has a large, easy-to-read display with an auto shut-off function, and it’s also great for weighing everything from veggies to fruits and even meat! The scale is so thin I can keep it in my kitchen drawer and it is always easy to find when I need it. My favorite feature of the scale is that it’s also a timer, which means that if I’m mixing up dough for bread or cookies, the machine will automatically shut off at just the right time!

I am always looking for new recipes to try out in this awesome appliance, but I always come back to my favorite: Wolfgang Puck’s Classic White Bread Recipe. It is so simple and easy to make with only a few ingredients.
I have to say; I’m impressed with how easy it is to use. It’s great for when you’re in a hurry because it has an automatic cycle that you can set up in three hours or less. The only thing I would change about this product is the size of the loaf because sometimes it doesn’t feed everyone, so if they could make a giant loaf, that would be perfect!
